I picked up this book because I wanted to learn how to find lasting happiness, even when life is tough. Reading it felt like sitting with two wise, joyful friends who have faced so much, yet still choose laughter, kindness, and hope. I’m excited to share what I learned, hoping it helps you find more joy and peace in your own life.


10 Joyful Lessons from “The Book of Joy”

1. Joy Is a Choice, Not Just a Feeling
