Hey friends! Today, I want to share some peaceful and uplifting lessons from a book that helped me see happiness in a whole new way: “Happiness Unlimited” by Sister Shivani & Suresh Oberoi. I picked up this book because I wanted to feel happier from the inside out, no matter what was happening around me. Reading it felt like having a gentle conversation with wise friends who truly care about your well-being. I’m excited to share what I learned, hoping it helps you find more joy and calm in your own life.


10 Heartfelt Lessons from “Happiness Unlimited”

1. Happiness Comes from Within
Sister Shivani teaches that true happiness isn’t found in things or people—it starts inside us. When we choose to be happy, we don’t have to wait for the world to change.

2. Thoughts Shape Our Feelings
The book reminds us that our thoughts create our feelings. By choosing positive, peaceful thoughts, we can feel better, even on tough days.

3. Don’t Let Others Control Your Mood
