How to Practice Surrender in Daily Life

1. Notice Where You’re Holding On

Pay attention to areas of your life where you feel tense, anxious, or stuck. Are you trying to control an outcome, a person, or a situation? Awareness is the first step toward letting go.

2. Breathe and Release

When you notice yourself gripping tightly, pause and take a few deep breaths. With each exhale, imagine releasing your need to control. Remind yourself that it’s safe to let go, even if just for a moment.

3. Trust the Process

Practice trusting that life is unfolding for your highest good, even if you can’t see the whole picture yet. This doesn’t mean being passive—it means taking inspired action and then allowing the results to unfold naturally.

4. Embrace Uncertainty
